The Sharing Center is a community-supported, faith-based organization that provides needed services and goods to families that reside in western Kenosha County. We provide help and hope to people on their way to independence.

We are home to a food pantry, clothing closet, and we provide household items such as dishes, pots, pans, linens and towels to those in need in western Kenosha County.  We also have a referral program for those who need additional assistance.

We hold yearly Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter dinner programs where we match a generous donor with a family who would otherwise not have a nice holiday dinner.  We also have a school supply give-a-way providing needed supplies and clothing to kids.

We have one employee, our director, Liz Peyton.  All other work is done by volunteers.

Our pantry is stocked by a combination of foods obtained from TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program), certain grants we receive, and directly from the caring folks in western Kenosha County who hold food drives for us.

We are thankful that we have been blessed by churches, schools, individuals, and organizations who remember us when they hold food and clothing drives.  Without the support of the community, we could not help all the families that come to us.

Donations from the community keep our shelves stocked and the doors open!
