Registration Deadline NOVEMBER 18th

  1. By signing up for sponsorship you will provide a wish list of your child’s needs for the sponsor. **If you miss the November 18th  sign up your child(ren) will not be matched with a sponsor
  1. Children birth through high school (including home-school and online), or in high school and over 18 are eligible.
  1. Donations this year will again be basic need gifts, based on your registration form. Parents/guardians will be able to request 3 needed items and one gift per child.
  1. In order to participate in the holiday gift program your household information needs to be verified for EVERYONE IN THE HOUSEHOLD. Required documents Include:
    1. Proof of address (West of I94, Kenosha County)
    2. Proof of income (for last 30 days)
    3. ID for everyone in the house
      1. INCLUDING children:
        1. Student ID or Note on School Letterhead: 2016-17 school year
        2. Birth certificate for children under 5
        3. WIC documents
        4. Doctors bill
  1. Call or email with questions
  1. Parents/guardians will be required to complete a thank-you card to their gift sponsor the day they pick up their gifts.

DECEMBER 2ND – GIFT PICK UP BEGINSreindeer

Gift pick up will occur during your normal monthly pantry visit. You will be contacted should changes arise. Let us know if you have special needs.


**Need gifts but missed the registration deadline?

Parents/guardians can choose a gift from a selection available here at the Center anytime in the month of December.


HOLIDAY MEAL INFORMATION:

During the months of November and December a variety of holiday food items will be available during your normal monthly pantry visit.
